Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original BATCH packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
